1/15/14

Starting at the beginning of the class we collaborated with each other and bounced ideas around about what projects we could put together. By the end of class on Thursday we had our main idea planned out and for the most part new what we wanted to do. On Friday we decided that we were going to put together a documentary about stereotypes in the high school level. The mission of this project is to bring the community of teachers and students closer together. Tighter communities in schools equates to a better learning environment and positive results for students. Monday we began our outline of materials that we would need to produce this project/documentary and really bring it to life. We also scheduled a plan with Mr. Casas. Some of us did 2 trial interviews with students we pulled from random classes to see how they would go and where this was headed. By Tuesday we were ready to make an outline of our project. Mr. Casas gave us ideas about who we could contact in our community to make our project better. ---Laura
